1. Introduction

CONNERS AUTO DETAIL, LLC ("Conners' Auto Detail") offers exceptional car care solutions in Oakland County, Michigan. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing your use of both our mobile detailing services at your preferred location and the drop-off option at our facility at 620 W Parker St, Madison Heights, MI 48071. By utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms. Should you disagree with any aspect of these Terms, accessing or using our services is not permitted.
2. User Representations
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms. This means you are of legal age to enter into a terms of use in your jurisdiction.

You are the legal owner of the vehicle being detailed or have the written permission of the legal owner. This ensures you have the authority to authorize the service and any potential modifications to the vehicle.

You will disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before the detailing service begins. This helps us avoid liability for issues stemming from pre-existing conditions and ensures accurate service expectations.

You will not access our services through automated or non-human means, such as bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods. This protects our system from misuse and ensures fair access for all users.

You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, activities that violate traffic laws, damage property, or harm others. Examples include using our services to detail stolen vehicles or facilitate illegal activities.

Your use of our services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. This includes environmental regulations, data privacy laws, and any other relevant local or national laws that may impact your use of our service.
Consequences of Misrepresentation:
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services (or any portion thereof).

3. Additional Services ("add-ons") and Pricing

CONNERS AUTO DETAIL, LLC ("Conner's Auto Detail") strives to offer a transparent and comprehensive service experience. This policy outlines additional charges, pricing adjustments, and service modifications to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.
Additional Services:

Separate charges apply to any services requested beyond your chosen package or detailing type, this is referred to as a "Add-on".

Mobile detailing incurs a $1 per mile fuel surcharge for appointments outside a 5-mile radius from Madison Heights, MI.
Price Adjustments:

In rare instances, price adjustments may be necessary based on several factors:

Vehicle size and condition: Larger or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and resources.

Desired outcome: Achieving specific detailing goals beyond a standard service scope may require adjustments.

We will always notify you beforehand of any potential price changes and obtain your consent before proceeding.

Refusal to pay the adjusted price will unfortunately result in a missed appointment without a deposit refund.

Conner's Auto Detail reserves the right to:

Refuse service at any time, for reasons including safety concerns, inappropriate vehicle condition, or client behavior.

Cancel or reschedule appointments if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts.

In the event of a canceled session, a refund will only be issued if you have adhered to our cancellation policy (please refer to the Deposits and Cancelations section below for more info).

This policy is subject to change. We will provide reasonable notification to clients of any significant modifications.

4. Deposits and Cancelations

CONNERS AUTO DETAIL, LLC ("Conner's Auto Detail") values your time and our scheduling efficiency. This policy outlines our deposit and cancellation requirements for non-membership bookings.
Deposits:

All appointments require a $25-50 deposit to secure your slot. This is based on the amount of time allocated.

This deposit will be applied towards the final service cost upon completion.
Cancellations:

Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, consistent late cancellations or reschedules can impact other clients.
Rescheduling:

We offer flexibility for rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment.

However, repetitive rescheduling (two or more consecutive sessions) may result in:

Denial of service to ensure fairness for other clients.

Loss of the initial deposit due to administrative inconvenience.

Membership Bookings:

This policy does not apply to membership bookings, which have separate cancellation procedures outlined in your specific membership plan.

5. Payments

CONNERS AUTO DETAIL, LLC ("Conner's Auto Detail") recognizes the importance of prompt and convenient payment options for our valued clients.

We offer a range of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

Checks: Please make checks payable to "Conners Auto Detail, LLC" and ensure legibility.

Payment Timing:

To facilitate seamless service, payment is due within 12 hours of your appointment completion.
Delinquent Payments:

Payments received after the 12-hour window will be considered late and may incur a 10% late fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service for outstanding late payments or pursue legal action for unresolved balances exceeding 7 days past due.
Insurance:

We do not accept direct payments from insurance companies.

6. Membership Plans

Conners Auto Detail, LLC ("Conners Auto Detail") offers a diverse range of membership plans catering to your individual car care needs. Each plan grants you a predefined number of annual "member booking sessions," redeemable for either interior or exterior detailing services. Please note that both interior and exterior detailing services count as two member booking sessions.
1. Plan Selection:
We present nine distinct membership plans, ranging from 4 to 12 member booking sessions per year. To discover the perfect plan for you, please visit our Memberships page for detailed descriptions, pricing, and suitability guidance.
2. Billing and Renewal:
Your membership fee is charged annually on the anniversary of your plan activation or renewal, ensuring uninterrupted service. All benefits, including unused sessions, expire twelve months from this date.
3. Fees and Surcharges:

Additional services incur separate charges.

Mobile detailing service entails a $1/mile fuel surcharge beyond a 5-mile radius from Madison Heights.

We may adjust prices based on your vehicle's size, condition, and desired outcome. Prior notification of any such adjustments will be provided.

Refusal to pay the adjusted price will result in a missed appointment.
4. Service and Termination:
Conners Auto Detail reserves the right to:

Refuse service at any time.

Cancel or suspend your membership if deemed necessary.
5. Cancellation and Changes:
You maintain the flexibility to cancel or change your plan at any time:

Through your account's "Memberships" section.

By directly contacting us.
Refunds are only issued if:

No sessions have been used.

Cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase.
While member booking sessions cannot be canceled, rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Frequent rescheduling may result in suspension.

Conners Auto Detail, LLC ("Conners Auto Detail") is committed to providing exceptional detailing services, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're happy with the results, help us spread the word and earn rewards at the same time!
