These plans include 12 membership sessions per year, redeemable via www.ConnersAutoDetail.com/membership-bookings.

Benefits are for up to 3 vehicles, with a maximum size of:

Compact/Sedan/Hatchback Plan

• Maximum length: 16 feet (approx. 4.9 meters)

• Maximum width: 6.5 feet (approx. 2 meters)

• Maximum height: 5.5 feet (approx. 1.7 meters)

Small/Mid-Size SUV, Truck Plan​

• Maximum length: 18.5 feet (approx. 5.6 meters)

• Maximum width: 6.8 feet (approx. 2.1 meters)

• Maximum height: 6.5 feet (approx. 2 meters)

Full-Size SUV, Minivan, Truck Plan

• Maximum length: 20 feet (approx. 6.1 meters)

• Maximum width: 7 feet (approx. 2.1 meters)

• Maximum height: 7 feet (approx. 2.1 meters)

Billing and Renewal:

Your membership fee is charged annually on the anniversary of your plan activation or renewal, ensuring uninterrupted service. All benefits, including unused sessions, expire twelve months from this date.

Fees and Surcharges: 

Additional services incur separate charges. Mobile detailing service entails a $1/mile fuel surcharge beyond a 5-mile radius from Madison Heights. We may adjust prices based on your vehicle's size, condition, and desired outcome. Prior notification of any such adjustments will be provided. Refusal to pay the adjusted price will result in a missed appointment.

Service and Termination: 

CONNERS AUTO DETAIL, LLC reserves the right to: Refuse service at any time, and cancel or suspend your membership if deemed necessary.

Cancellation and Changes:

You maintain the flexibility to cancel or change your plan at any time: Through your account's "My Membership" section, or by directly contacting us. Refunds are only issued if: No sessions have been used, and cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase. While member booking sessions cannot be canceled, rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Frequent rescheduling may result in suspension.
